Second Cycle Advice

New member
6 weeks ago I finished my first cycle and I want to get back on the horse. I have d-bol but I want to stack it with something else. Any recommendations? I am not looking to get huge, I do want to add size but I am not training for a competition or anything like that. I want to run a short second cycle something along the lines of 4-6 weeks nothing more. The other thing is what would be a good pct.

6 weeks is to short,Recovery time equals time on =time off plus pct.

here is some more information on myself:
age 24, height 6'2'', weight is 207 with 12% bf, this will be my second cycle, my first cycle was straight d-bol about 25mg a day, worked out 6 days a week, did cardio 2 times a week and lifted 4 times a week, a have been active since i could remember, played sports since i was probably able to walk, started lifting not too long ago, maybe since last year, i want to gain size but i dont want to get huge hence a shorter cycle, my diet consists of fruits, veggies, some dairy (0% milk) for my protein shakes, protein from chicken and lean meat and carbs from whole foods such as bread, pasta, bagels etc. i eat every couple of hours to burn fat and avoid processed junk like the plague. i try to keep my diet as basic as possible (meaning that I dont eat processed junk) and try to get plenty of sleep

i hope this information helps you guys in understanding where i am coming from, the internet access where i am at is spotty so i apologize in advance

I would wait another 4-6 weeks, get a blood test done to make sure I am fully recovered. Then I would run the 350 mg test prop/week and 25 mg dbol per day both for 6 weeks. You might run the dbol only for 4 weeks. I also would follow Nelson's pct-it is a sticky.

Since you did well with a Dbol only cycle a good stack would be to add Test enanthate or cypionate,You will need 2 10 ml vials that will equal 2 injects mon & thursday of 250cc each for a total of 500 a week, ancillaries you will need, arimidex, for bloat and estro sides,HCG starting week 3 of the cycle to the end, and 2 weeks after the last inj start PCT.

Major no-no here, better edit this out...

Sounds like your diet needs some fine tuning, can you post exactly what you eat in a typical day? Times/ammounts, etc. be VERY specific....

Thanks for bring that to my attention EZe(edited)If you decide to run a 6 week cycle then prop would be better suited for this purpose.

i apologize about that, it wont happen again, it was edited before i had the chance to change it

my diet basically goes like this

morning: protein shake with some fruit
snack: raw veggies (tomatoes, cucumbers etc)
lunch: low fat meat (i.e. ham, roast beef, with veggies and bread) maybe pasta or chicken
snack: fruit or veggies again
dinner: protein shake, pasta, whole wheat bread with veggies and steak

i always eat 3 hours before i go to sleep and if i am hungry before bed time i will take a protein shake or eat some fruit
sometimes if i dont have raw veggies around i drink v8 juice thats low sodium and the same goes for the fruit (if i dont have fruit i drink v8 fruit juice)

thats pretty much it, i try to stay away from those processed things and if i am not sure about something i dont eat, now occasionally i have a slip up, for example i would sometimes crave sweets and most of the time i would buy gummy bears which have no fat content or sodium, they are loaded with sugar but on the upside they have carbs or if i dont want gummy bears i would go to mcdonalds and get a ice cream cone, those would be the extremes of my diet, the last time i have junk food was probably about 2 months ago when i was straving and there was nothing to eat so i had a burger for mcdonalds, but thats the last time i really had something that was really bad for me. i have realized that if i dont have my meals planned ahead then i am more likely to slip up on my diet and so far i have done pretty well. i also only drink water and the occasional gaterade. i do try to incorporate some healthy fats in my diet like olive oil from time to time, for example if i have a raw veggies with my steak i would cut up the veggies and use about a table spoon or two of olive oil with a bit of salt on the veggies.

now i know what some of you might say that fats and salt are not good for my diet but then again you have to remember that i am not training for a competition and that i am not in a competitive sport and the other thing is that i dont go over board on those things. one more thing, when i do have some sweets i try to eat them early in the day so that way i can burn them off during my workout.

this is all i can think of right now, i'll add more if i remember something, but i am pretty sure i have included everything. dont rip on me too bad, im trying real hard, i stopped drinking, smoking, i deactivated my facebook, turned my cable tv off and practically stopped talking to everyone so that i can focus on my workouts, im focused so take it easy on me

and as always i appreciate everyones help, thank you

i am not sure what a macro is but for calories it is in the range of 2500 per day, the reason why its there is because i am trying to cut down on my bf%, in the beginning my bf% was 17, thats before i started to work out hardcore, now I am down to 12% and i am trying to cut it down even more, the other thing is that i thought dbol would make the most of my protein intake therefore i wouldn't have to take in as many calories so i didn't and i dont, because i am still trying to cut down the bf%

macros are carbs/fats/proteins. so when someone posts up they are on a 40/30/30 diet or whatever, they mean 40% protein, 30% fat, etc.

Your Macros are either a percentage of total calories (40% protein / 40% carbs / 20% fats) each food energy source represents in your diet (so you may see that post 40/40/20) along with a calorie count (say 3200), which then allows you to back into how much protein (4 calories per gram), carbs (4 calories per gram), and fats (9 calories per gram) you actually take in.

Now, based on what you posted, that's not 2500 calories. I would suggest you do your macros this way - count up the total protein, carbs, and fats you eat and post the totals here. I think you will be surprised. At your height and weight, you should be well over 3500 calories on cycle.

If you eat right (CLEAN) and train right, you will put on minimal fat if any. But you need to eat more!
