Well, that was the plan, and I wanted to get chest and tris in too. I had ONLY enough time to squeeze it all in before work. Just so happens my fave manager wasn't working, but was training. So I talked to him a couple of times and it pushed cardio back to tonight.

Nice story......I'm all concerned about my arse not leaning out like I want it too and I want to start doing cardio 2x a day 2x a week with 4-5 days cardio total. So he asks me why I'm doing cardio....I told him that I have an area that needs some work. He says, girl, you don't have an ounce of fat on you. I say...well I'm 12.5% and I'd like to be 9 or 10. He shook his head and said, 12.5% is unheard of for a female and you look great. I, of course, was flattered! I said, yes, but the people I talk to on a daily basis train and I feel I need to do my best (or something like that). He just kept on with the compliments.

He told me later that my posterior area I'm so worried about looks nice - and he added "I mean that respectfully"....lol

...and a little later he says....just to let you know, I see A LOT of people thru here everyday. If I would put you with a group...you would be in the top 5, you look great - I like it!

I think I'll just hang out at the gym with HIM all day to make myself feel better when I have a bad day!!!! lol - he's a little cutie...and 10 years my junior!!! :D

SOOOOOOO....cardio tonight!

I figured that out today when my insides started twisting in knots and the bitchy aunt came to visit!!! lol I totally forgot it was time for that....I'd never taken those pics had I remembered. lol

I'm not going nuts with the cardio today, but I'll get it in. I'm one of those - no more than 30 min people. This body was not made for long distance running or continuous jumping of any kind! lol I don't know how you do it, Bunny. I'm a sprinter kinda' girl - don't have the endurance for that other stuff. I've tried :(

Just telling you what WILL work for your legs.. passing on the knowledge oh beautiful scorpian ... You just need the right person to :velvett: and NOT kill you ... just to be there, show you, push you ... wish you lived out here, could take you to the stairs .. maybe after them you'll post a butt shot .. don't think I havent noticed.... that's what it took for me last year... the KICK thru that door ... :rose:
