Holy shitness!!! I could'nt figure out for the last day and a half why my lower abs weren't as flat as usual - and why the scale went up from 122.5 to 126.....

I figured that out today when my insides started twisting in knots and the bitchy aunt came to visit!!! lol I totally forgot it was time for that....I'd never taken those pics had I remembered. lol

OK, now I'm gonna' have to RETAKE the pics late next week! I know, I know.......just want you want to see....more of ME!!!!!!!

SG, those are great pics, girl!

If I may, a few suggestions on your routine.

1) Either do back first, completely, or alternate shoulder and back exercises. You'll be able to move more weight around, in either scenario.

2) Have you tried Barbell Rows? Also, what about assisted pullups, instead of lat pulldown?

Occasionally, I alternate.....but I'll try getting back in first and see if that helps. My shoulder is being a pain in the arse right now, don't know if doing shoulders first has anything to do with that or not.

....as far as the pullups - I keep meaning to use that thing, but I'm always over by other equipment and I forget.....note to self.....assisted pullups next back day I loved the burn in the rear delts yesterday. I rarely feel that.

Yep, I've done barbell....did dumbell yesterday. I feel like I can isolate the muscle more with the dumbell.
