Lying Leg Curls (10 TUT w/emphasis on negatives)

Leg Extension - Toes in for quad sweep

That pizza PLUS the G 'n R blasting in my headphones must have given me some extra energy! Had an AWESOME leg day.

Listening to G 'n R brought back some memories from my CRAZY days!!! Welcome to the Jungle, It's So Easy and Night Train in particular. I felt like a freakin' FREIGHT TRAIN plowing thru the place today. I LOVE that feeling! If you've never heard those songs - take a listen! Ahhhh yes, I was a wild one! Sighhhhh, now I'm all grown up........ :rolleyes:
