Actually, yes, things ARE going better! Got a call from the daughter last night and her "attitude" seems to have left the building! That's a GREAT start!

I always want to get on my computer at night because I miss sooooo much good stuff around here, but damn, it's really hard for me to get up in the morning and if I stay up past 10:30 or so, I'm a zombie - hence - I HAVEN'T BEEN GETTING UP TO DO MY AM CARDIO! :( :( :(

I wish I had more time to be a blob of nothing!!! lol Every night it's the same thing: gym, take care of animals, protein shake, house stuff, eat, watch a little tv, eat, bed. Sigh.......I WANT MORE TIME :bawling:

....and I don't even have to ASK how YOU'RE doing today. Your transformation is ROCKIN'! I better get my ass in gear if I have to stand next to you in a couple of months!!!! lol

The AM cardio will come in time ... your body will take the rest it needs ECA or not ... No worries, pothole in almost filled GF... smooth roads ahead :)

You're going to have no problem at ALL standing next to me, LOL, maybe just stand on a chair ... show-tee :) :kiss:

I'll carry a step stool and a booster seat with me! :lmao:

I've been bitching for months (no matter where I live) that I can't reach the top cupboards where I keep my protein and supps! lol

10, 9 (failure), 8 (failure) - I felt really weak doing these and got REALLY pissed!

Side Lateral Raises
15# DBs x 8 (failure), 12# DBs x 10, 12# DBs x 8 (failure) - Weak again - pissed AGAIN

Bent over Flies w/15# DBs (rear delts)
15x10 - 3 sets - Finally, things started looking up

HS MTS Seated Row
70x10, 80x8 (failure), 75x8

Pulldowns - Wide Grip to Front
70x10, 80x8 (failure), 75x10 - shoulder was bugging me while doing these

Hammer Curls - 20# DBs
3 sets of 10

Preacher Curls - EZ Curl Bar
30x10 - 3 sets

SPENT!!!!! I usually throw in calves on this day, but had over 24 hours of low carb......couldn't do it.


.....quick stop at the grocery....every chip and cracker was calling my name....but I settled for popcorn. Lots of fruits & veggies...albacore, of course.
