Naaa... actually I only have a TBL or 2 a day depending on if I have almonds or not... so I've been good :verygood: I post whenever I do eat it :chomp:

Think I might have to switch gears to the Glazin Raisin one from Auntie Annes after CK's post hehe :laugh2: Open for any suggestions as well :confused:

I would have a great big piece of chocolate homemade cake or brownies with creamy frosting! Yum! Best recipe is on Hersheys Cocoa jar...

Darlin! I love chocolate but hardly ever eat it! It's chocolate VS. cellulite...it does not make sense..I am low on energy and must be on cals too! So I hope you understand what I mean.

what kind of protein are you using.is it like flaveless and you just add fruit.
I got chuclate and not much mixis well with it.

I tride the dame protien mix in gateraid today with strawberrys.
I wated so long becuase I thought to myself there is no way choclit powder mixed with any tipe of gaterade just cant tast good.

well I had it with berry gaterade and some ice and strawberrys and its dame good.I only have it like this after my work outs though.
but thanks fore the advice.
