My apologies for not going back to look, I've just seen 12 & 15 more so I'd thought I'd ask. As long as you are making progress & seeing results, no need to fix what ain't broken eh? Are your lifts still going up?

Where did you see 15 silly... unless that was for minutes on the treadmilll :lmao: But yes, my lifts increased, so I figured stay with that weight and do higher reps for couple weeks (10-12), then increase the weight and drop the reps back down the next few... is that right? I'm still learnin ;)

Makes sense to me :) It seems it's right for you no? :) 15 lol, sorry more like 20-25 for the calves. Do you drop that rep range as well when you go back to 'heavy' ?

Well the 20-25 is total, but I do sets of 8-10 in different ways (regular, then toes pointed in, then toes pointed out) that way it hits some different musckles :D

perosnally i like it pretty hot in the gym....i get better workouts out of the humid weather. worst thing imo is working out when the air condition is blasting on your back or your shoulders....hate that!

hitting the gym twice in one day?? you should have your own gatorade commerical where you sweat fruit punch and lemon lime!

Well hot is one thing... but you start sweating just picking up weights, thats crazy... esp when its only the little pink ones :lmao:
But of course twice today... cardio this morning and weights in the afternoon ;) Hmmm I did have some lemon lime gatorade in my shake right before if that counts :FRlol:

Oh my... that is an old post ;) But thank you very much!!! And actually I've lost since then but gained muscle at the same time... I think the current comparison pics that Buns posted for me are a couple pages back :) (72 maybe?!?!)

try and do 2 neg's at ther end of every set as well....brings the whole entire workout to a new level....

I love those kind of workouts! I know now I personally hate high reps! but gotta get through it!
Well I didn't mind the high reps, but I kept it there bout three weeks, so now its back to low ones :rolly:
