7:30 a.m.
Jog with the Pup prob about 2-3 miles?

9:00 a.m.
-2 oz chicken
-6 HB egg whites

1:00 p.m.
-6 oz chicken
-1 cup diced brocolli and celery
(all stir fried with EVOO, garlic and onion powder)

4:30 p.m.
Family cook-out... break out the grills :p
-1/4 cup brocolli and celery sticks (appetizer)
-Grilled chicken breast w/Mrs dash mesquite seasoning
-Skewer of grilled onions, mixed bell peppers, sweet tato

7:30 p.m.
GYM TIME!!! (and boy did I need this release!)
Warm-up: 10 min on elliptical with arm motions (little over mile)
Tris: Straight bar Pushdowns (15 x 40 lbs) (12 x 50 lbs) (10 x 50 lbs)
Chest: Decline PRess (15 x 55 lbs) (12 x 65 lbs) (12 x 65 lbs)

Tris: Dips w/ assist (15 x 60 lbs) (12 x 50 lbs) (10 x 40 lbs) PR!! :)
Chest: INcline DB Press (12 x 25 lbs) 3 sets

Tris: Pull down (15 x 20 lbs) (12 x 30 lbs) (9 x 40 lbs) PR!! :)
Chest: Cable Cross (12 x 30 lbs each side) (10 x 40 lbs) 2 more sets

Shoulders: Lat raises (12 x 10 lbs) (12 x 10 lbs) (8 x 12 lbs)
Shoulders: Upright Rows (11 x 55 lbs) (10 x 55 lbs) 2 more sets

8:30 p.m.
-10 oz bottled Isopure

9:30 p.m.
-Skewer of grilled veggies (onions, peppers only)
-4 oz broiled salmon
-2 cups spring mix
-1 tbl Annies naturals Rasberry Vinagarette

OK... usually don't go off on rants here in my log... but I gotta let it somewher??? Just show up at family cookout and my mom again tells me that I look like I could be gaining some weight :worried: (Funny all my pants are looser on me including the 5's I have on now) And just last week she was telling me that I look "healthy" for a change! :( Then starts making jokes about how I am prob gaining since I eat all the time... "I felt like saying Oh yeah because chicken and brocolli will really put the pounds on ya" OK rant done!!! but I def lost all my appetite or the mood to be "trying" to have a good time with the family :(

That's probably I don't see my mother unless I'm kicking screaming and dragged.


Just keep doing what your doing and keep to yourself if need be and when absolutely necessary show off the fabulously of you.

Sorry to hear about the comments that you had to endure at your family cookout....I know it's hard to just ignore the words, but you *know* your pants are loose and you *know* that you're maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. Now you need to throw any annoyance or anger you feel into your next workout and you'll be fine, girl! :heart: :rose:

Oh, I take it you must get the same trash from your family huh? It gets old... first I was fat (back in high school and college) then lost weight a couple years ago and was "too skinny" and now I am gaining again... wow there is just NO PLEASIN some people... and they say that we are our own worst critic :FRlol:

Thanks so much girl!!! I did just that too... I went straight from the cookout to change, then to the gym and I hit a few PR's so I guess I needed that little motivation grrr thanks family :evil: It does get old especially since it was just the other day my mom referred to me as looking "healthy" I said umm thanks, I'll take that as meanin fat... (since she looked right at my gut)
