m4: 1 1/2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1/2 scoop NO2

GYM TIME!!! Chest and arms...

m5: 1 1/2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine
m6: 5 oz chicken, 1/2 cup green beans, 1/4 cup WW pasta, 10 almonds
m7: 1 oz chicken, 3/4 cup egg whites, 1 tbl PB

Yeah yeah yeah, they are posted up there now for yesterday... I always at least post up what I eat though so macros aren't all that important plus I eat the same thing each day for the most part lol... I'll work on that though!

Wifey & I are starting back to our body flow classes this week. Yoga, Pilates, & Tai Chi. A little sore the next day or 2, but after a coupla classes, def worth it.

Well soreness was still slightly lingering around, but still had a pretty good back workout regardless... Cold finally decided to go away too I think with the exception of some sniffles and congestion :)

GYM! Cardio and abs....
Step Mill- 5 min warm up then 25 min drop sets (20-30 sec/15-30 sec/10-30 sec)
Treadmill-5 min cool down (speed 4/incline 10-15)

m4: 2 scoops protein
m5: 6 oz chicken, lettuce, mushrooms
m6: 2 tbl ANPB, 1 scoop protein
