Back in ATL -- had a fantastic time seeing everyone in Chicago. Schedule & communication got in the way of gettig together w/ a few people. Met up w/ hoteacher & nsash, quadsweep & sis, scorpiogirl, aries, tps. Additionally, also finally met pumpgirl (if you remember her from EF years past) & also hardbdygrl who I didn't realize was there until I saw her in the top 5 of her figure class.
Really had a great time & just nice to see everyone! The diet went a little out the window which is fine - the stinker was that I felt like shit after 2 glasses of wine on Fri nite and absolute trash today after 3 Capt & Diets over a 6 hr period last nite. Climbing back on the wagon today simply because it feels so lousy to have booze in my system.
Working on getting some pix up tonite.

I am going to Texas tomorrow...Long drive from Guadalajara to San Antonio...The thing is that I KNOW It will be nearly impossible to get to the gym. I may be able to jog 45 minutes or do some HITT, in neighborhood....sprints from corner to corner...yes LOL lenghtwise LOL...I will keep clean clean diet...Do you think it will stop progress more than 50%? The good thing is that we are going on business and T-REX and Yohimburm will be there waiting for me! How do I take T-Rex and apply yohimburn after shower also? Will be walking around alot and moving boxes all day long!...so it could be considered a mini workout...
