I'm going back to 3x week training when I get back from da Ahhhhnold. Because i'll be taking on a full credit course load at that time.

It's very similar to 5x5 I was really surprised when I started researching it. All basic principals of progression, ect.
It's just a different rep scheme 15's, 10's, 5's (5 rep range is in the later weeks of the program). Full body 3x week training.
My knees and back better be able to squat again or I'll be mad tonight.
edit: just did a few air squats... lower back too tight, it hurts sitting in the hole
shit. Extreme stretching and maybe next week squatting. I need to remind myself to do the air squats more, it'll remind me to stretch if it hurts.
