The day of reckoning...Meeting my PR's
*Got there 5:46pm... Squat rack occupied with old buddies of mine grrrr... ~ 6:20pm rolls around ... MY TURN
Lost ALOT of my enthusiam and zest for lifting... filled time with some random low intensity cardio*
