Sarah's stats are interesting to me...

I figured I'd check out her web site to see whats up.

Whats interesting about your measurments compared to mine is that I would appear to be heavier than you but I'm not.

I'm an inch taller 5'8" as opposed to 5'7
My legs are way bigger but I weigh 135 as opposed to your 136
My waistline is 26 inches as opposed to you 28.
My calved are 15" as opposed to your 14.

I'm not interested in being Hot or Sexy. I get that enough in the street. I'm more impressed with physical performance. I SPRINT (100 METERS), ROCK CLIMB and Obstacle Course training. I also Study Wing Chun. Thats just half of the things I do.

I preffer not to be recognized so I'm covering my face. (Never know who you'll run into.) Also I compete in the NPC.

i dont get the first 9/10 of your post.
but you do have a perfect body.
and by perfect i mean totally perfect

Why would you expect negative commentary? You look terrific!! As for weight-- I think we all carry it a little different. The more I weigh the smaller I tend to be. Though right now I'll admit that I'm too little and I'm working on that.

You really look awesome!

You look GREAT...very nice. You're hard work REALLY shows.

Now for my question barrage....
When was that picture taken?
Do you compete? If so, in what?
All that muscle natural?
What is your training/diet like?

Awesome body! Very hot, and you study Wing Chun? My dream girl! I like the picture on the wall behind you.

T Bone

nice but unfortunately yiour attitude is rough you may look good but if you act like you know it who wants you just an observation and yes i do think you are perfect"physque-wise"

I think you have a good point. It is very intrigueing how different each female carries her weight. I think it has a lot to do with your genetics. I find that people think I look thin, but when I tell them I weight 136, they look at me like I have 10 heads. I too wonder where my weights is. It's certainly not in my bra! haha

As for your picture...I think you look amazing! Your abs and legs are perfect!!! Keep up the good work! :)

PG, you look fantastic! The waist and thigh sweep are incredible. Good luck and I hope you stick around (D_G is still my fav though, LOL)

I had Micheal Styket and Micheal Pierce offer a photo shoot of me but I turned them down. I dont want to be in a magazine sticking my ass out for the world to see.

My goals are slightly different but I did have the opportunity to shoot for Musclemag and Muscular Developement.

Right now I make over $90,000. a year being a personal trainer for Warner Brothers Executives at an exclusive gym in Manhattan.

I'm expecting some negative comments. Its comes with the territory.

My god!!!!!!!! Jealousy is an ugly beast.

Hmmm

Im normally not attracted to athletic women...

but GOD DAMN you are fucking amazing. You have a perfectly balanced body... You look extremely athletic and STILL look incredibly feminine.

Amazing effort and hellacious genetics. Kudos to you.

I took the picture a few days ago. This is how I look when I'm not contest dieting.

Yes, I compete in NPC FIGURE, but my last competion was a year ago.

Is the muscle natural? Lets just say I had to increase my nitrogen retention and speed up my metabolism.

I weight train 5 days a week and do cardio 5 sometimes 6 days also. I'm always changing my routine depending on what muscles I want to focus on and how I want ot train them. I do other things also to improve my athleticism (speed, endurence, etc).

Thank you. I like when people realize that a female can have muscle and still look feminine!!!!!!!!

Even though I must say I have seen women with muscle that look like men.

No doubt...it's straight up nasty!

I like curves and SOME hardness (no pun intended;) ) like you have, NOT those behemoth women pro/elite amateur bodybuilders OR even tall, super thin models in many of the fashion shows!

Anyway, AWESOME body, keep up the good work!

Thats a BIG problem in the NPC, IFBB world. Even in Fitness and Figure competitions. I've been to so many competitions and not only to the women on stage look manly but the women in the audience look even worse.

Alot of the women in the audience look like steroids gone bad. Some women look like men and did'nt even have any muscle, they just looked big boned and manly.

I can spot virilization a mile away!!! A sure sign is when a womens waistline starts to get bigger and she starts looking NARROW. Her Oblique muscles start popping out and her voice gets raspy and horse.

Funny thing is these women dont even realize it.

from a BB view: you have a wonderfully sculpted physique that you have obviously put a great deal of time and effort into.

from a man with two eyes and a penis view: you are one sexy woman. damn.

Impressive. :p

About the face shot it's ok you don't have anything to hide here. Let's see the pretty face. Quadsweep is also an NPC competitor and also a judge and he shows his face in pics. No excuses woman!!! J/k it's all good if you don't want to. Still an awesome physique. :D

You have a really fantastic physique, one that looks like you achieved it naturally. By naturally I don't necessarily mean drug-free, just that you look as if the muscle came from running, hiking, skating or climbing the monkey bars. I hope you'll stick around and share your experience....just weed thru the "show us your bush" crowd and remember there are people here that admire your physique purely for it's aesthetic value........having said that you can put your shoes under my bed anytime.

;)

PHYs girl,

You can post MANY more with your face blocked out. How are we going to know who you are? You obviously know you have a very nice body or you wouldn't have posted the first one, be in competitions, and be a personal trainer making 90 grand!

We APPRECIATE your body!!!

my GOD!!!!

I need a napkin to clean this saliva spill

lickable body! :licker: keep working on it (you're really looking nice... and sexy :) )

damn... impressive legs!

fantastic shape you have.. looks like you were carved from a piece of granite!!!! good to see a body like yours ...years of hard work to obtain.

Impressive physique.

However, nothing shits me to tears more than a person who tries to shit on others in order to highlight their own achievements.

You must be the only NPC and IFBB fitness competitor who is natural:rolleyes:

You should read some of Sarah's comments about other girls.

Regardless, both girls look amazing and their hard work shines through loud and clear. I would love to look like either one of them. :) Their dedication and confidence is obvious, which I find admirable.

But, it is a shame it seems to be in the female nature to bring other females down isn't it?

Amazing as usual Ms. Daisy.

:D

I was'nt putting Sarah or anybody down. Even though when I first came onto this board I happen to read some of Sarah's post. I got the impression from her that she thought she was in the best shape. This is what Figure Competitions are for.

Everyone is competitive when they are CONFIDENT of themselves. The only way to get an official AGREEMENT on your Physique is to enter a figure compition. IT TAKES ALOT OF GUTS TO GET ON THE STAGE IN FRONT OF A HUNDRED SCREAMING PEOPLE IN A 2 PEICE BIKINI AND JUST STAND THERE WHILE THEY JUDGE YOU ON HOW YOU LOOK.

When I started working out I wanted to look like Timea Majorova and Monica Brant. Now just last Year I met Timea and she was amazed at how I looked. I was more muscular than her and she said so. She felt guilty to charge me $10 for a photograph of her.

If you watch Arnold in Pumping Iron he was alot like that also. He just wanted to be the BEST and he was.

Nothing wrong with it, it acually is motivating to strive for a better body than most people.

If I was fatty or out of shape or just looked average I would'nt want anyone ot tell me I look great.

I very respectfully, but COMPLETELY, disagree with this statement. Figure competitions are notorious for not being consistant. Since they are relatively new, there is little consistency from one to another. Even within the same federation.

The only way to get an agreement on your physique to to accept yourself for how you are - and not rely on others to shape your perception of how you look. :)

I've got no problem with ego or confidence, but when that ego and confidence are stoked through putting others down it doesn't smell too good.

I'm shit hot too, but don't need to bring the other guys on this board down to stoke my own ego.............my self esteem comes from contentment within.

You've got the physique dialled in........it's time to start working on your character.

ok, this is my opinion

the person posting under the 'physicalgirl' handle is not the person in the pics, a few things just don't quite add up to me

apologies if I am wrong, but I got a feeling I am gonna be telling people I told you so at some point in the future : )

I second this.... i keep to myself mostly, but you don't see me comparing myself part for part with say quadsweep even though we probably compete the same weight class....and being that i am in your "area" alot i am pretty damn sur ei know who you are....seriously ditch the ego people who have to say they are confident are cocky just like people who say they have class have none. I f youare trying to be persuaint of a career or even hobbie of fitness competitions you need to watch how you present yourself in the sport cause you be suprised how much is judged on personality and connections rather then physque....although that is sad its true so good luck i am not trying to tear you apart just an observation

if you are on a stage you are competeing for you

The best thing is to agree that there will be no agreement. Not to let someone else's opinion of your body define how you feel about yourself.

I can see it....$90K in NY is probably $70-75K in Los Angeles.

I vote Physicalgirl and Sarah relieve their tension toward each other by having sex and taking lots of pictures of it and posting them all over Elitefitness.

All in Favor, say Aye.

I will admit the girl in the pics has a body to die for. However with your shitty attitude I wouldn't give you a second glance "well ya a second one till you started talking" you come off as a self centered cunt and that eliminates any physical qualities you have.

Okay, so it was an odd post. I'm not claim she's anything but built like a brick shithouse just based on that. Besides....I'm still lusting after Daisy_Girl, even though I have zero shot. Actually I should go give myself a shot.

I don't think PhysicalGirl was putting me down at all, at least that isn't the impression I got. I thought her observation was pretty interesting myself as I said once before. It all depends on genetics etc. I think she looks freaking awesome, in fact she looks better than me...I wish I looked like that!!!! She'sin incredible shape! It's hard for me to gain weight, so I would look up to her if anything...

Also, I think her attitude is fine, I don't see anything wrong with confidence. She hasn't put anyone down.

My reasons for not competing in figure is because I just don't have the interest I guess. It's not because I don't want to be on stage.....even if I wanted to, I have no spare time. I do fitness modeling for myself. I don't find the need to compete....but I do think it helps a career. Good luck to you PhysicalGirl!!!!

So very true daisy.

Unfortunately society starts programming us from the time we're little girls that we have to be thin and pretty else we're just not good enough. So many of us grow into women who allow our self esteem to be determined by the fickle opinion of complete strangers.

I train in New York City Timer Warner Company happens to be there. I'm not going to drop any names or a paticular gym. There is no contract with Time Warner people. Anyone who can afford it can join. I'm not going to say how much they pay to join but its in the 5 figures for a membership and extremely Luxurious.

Lets just say if you make $60 an hour and get 60 sessions every 2 weeks plus bonuses it adds up to 90K in a year.

LOL she hooks for a living

u on eros?

Anyone who excersices for a great body does'nt do it just for themselve. Thats a bunch of Bull shit!!.

Most people like to think they do it it for themselves but REALLY they do it so that other people can be impressed.

If you were on an ISLAND by yourself you know damn well you would'nt care if you had a great body because there would be NO ONE to look at it.

So dont fool yourself and thing you JUST do it for you. You do it to make you feel better by impressing your peers.

ALSO, I have never heard of a wealthy fitness model. Even Monica Brant still has to stand behind booths at competitions. Its not like she can stop now and live off of her wealth. The money is not big enough in fitness modeling.

Nobody said they do it for themselves only - although that is a good reason! Yes, we are influenced by the opinions around us, I doubt anyone is NOT.

BUT, you CANNOT rely on others opinions for your own self-worth. Beauty and what looks good is subjective, it differs for everyone. This is why I rely on my own strength and confidence to shape how I feel about me. My looks don't define me, they enhance me. I work out because it makes me feel good about how I look, and yes, even how I am perceived by others. But I also know that not everyone thinks I look good - and this is why I don't base my self-worth on what others think. If I were to base my entire mental/emotional being on others opinions, I wouldn't leave the house becasue the smallest critisism would destroy me.

Its usually what most people think, and majority rules. You can't expect everyone to agree.

You can feel like your worth alot but how do you measure worth?

Worth is measured by the DEMAND. Why do you think fitness models, Fashion models, Bodybuilders do this stuff for a living? NOT because they are the ONLY one that thinks they have a great body.

What your saying is good to keep the selfasteem up.

I have friends who have worked for Time Warner and I've spent time in New York City. I've never heard of anything like this.

Are you saying it's like an exclusive athletic club that draws a lot of executives because it's close to Time Warner, Rockefeller Center, etc.? That IS a nice section of Manhattan--so I guess I can believe it.

But you're not on a 90K salary. You're an independent contractor, right? Is that what you're trying to say?

I personally think I look crappy right now but there are reasons and I take the blame and accept it. I'm a work in progress. I have goals but I'm ultimately I'm not in competition with anyone. What's right for Physical, Sarah, or Daisy isn't necessarily what I want. To each their own.

I get a much bigger "ego boost" from getting A's on exams than I ever will from what some guy at a bar might think of my butt. Sure I like to feel attractive, but at the end of the day I don't feel a sense of self-worth that's related to my body. I'm just me. Sometimes I look fine, sometimes I'm not happy with myself at all. Diet and training cut stress for me....and that's that. :)

You've got a good point.

Personally it's a combination for me and I would lying if I said I only care what I think about what I look like - fact is we are judged by our looks long before we are sumed up by character.

Doing it for yourself feels good but so does being recognized for what you have done.

Daisy_Girl said:

If you were to base it off what I think you'd have a head big enough to be on Mount Rushmore. That would kinda throw off your symmetry though.

If i had $1 every time I heard someone tell me they looked better than mr or mrs professional whatver, I'd be rich... there is a reason these people are champs and its not politics.. I remember this one girl telling me "im bigger than cathy lee priest", and after i picked myself up off the floor from laughing, I said "well im taller than Ronnie Coleman, but doesnt make me Mr O.".. There has been times when I have seen Kevin Levrone in the offseason and I damn well know I could have beat him on stage at that very moment, but he, like Timea is a professional, he and so can see, look 1000 times better than they do on 1 day, 3 months later.. hence why they are the pros that they are.

Physgirl nice pic, nice legs, bring the upper body up some more and you have a complete physique... cant see the back so I cant tell whats lacking or if nothing at all. Post some of your competitions photos you said you did.

The things these professionals have to do to there bodies to prepare for a compition can not be done year round or they would'nt live past 45 yrs old.

Competing in physique competitions is a nice hobby every once in a while. Too me, the reward is not great enough in figure compitions. Even as a pro these women don't make a great living at it.

You can't really do too much with the success of winning a figure compition if you can't look great YEAR ROUND!!

The modeling contracts with supplement companies that they might get for winning a comp is nothing they can use to purchase a house in the Hollywood Hills, Therefore its not worth spending time on my SYMMETRY and BALANCE when no one on the STREET on a normal DAY would notice it anyway.(Hence the reason why IFBB Pro's don't get million dollar contracts with Nike or Million Dollar anything for that matter!!!)

What I meant earlier is that Timea said that my pysique is stunning and she meant that on a REGULAR DAY. I LOOK LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME. I DONT DO ANY SPECIAL DIETS THAT END. I ALWAYS EAT THE SAME and TRAIN EVERYDAY. NO CONTEST PREP HERE!!!.

I find it more rewarding to look like this EVERYDAY than just during CONTEST PREP.

ALSO looking like a FEMALE SUPERHERO
(thats what I've been told many times) year round is much more profitable inturms of MAKING MONEY!!

Like I always say modeling is only worth it if your a supermodel getting paid 7,000 an hour on a runway. So I dont bother with that because I am not willing to look boney and unhealthy.

I'm friends with a former playmate(Miss November 93' Stephine Adams) and she is'nt even WELL OFF. (This wont get back to her)

I'LL NEVER UNDERSTAND WHY WOMEN WANT TO BE MODELS!! THEY THINK ITS SOME BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT BUT ITS NOT.

Everyone has different goals and what they want out of life. What you find important, others might not - and quite obviously vice versa. Don't put down what others find important - it is a personal decision.

Thats an EXCUSE to settling for LESS. Did your school teacher tell you to settle for a C or just a B when you where in school.

Thats nice comment and all but I'm sure we all would go for the WORLD SUCCESS and MONEY if WE could.

Lets be real here. There is'nt a person on this earth that does'nt want to be a HUGE SUCCESS at something that is very PROFITABLE.

SETTLING FOR ANYTHING LESS IS JUST LACK OF CONFIDENCE AND FEAR WHICH MANY PEOPLE seem to HAVE.

I WOULD EVEN ADMIRE A PERSON WHO WENT FOR IT AND FAILED.

Most models end up wanting more in the end.

i agree with this, but i don't compete. i also eat the same old stuff and train daily. but people who compete may find it personally rewarding to do contests and all the prep that goes with it. we all know they don't do it for the money, it's just a choice they make. can't we all just get along? :)

I see Daisy likes to make the less motivated feel good. I can tell she's not from New York City because here it's EAT or BE EATEN!!!

If your not strong willed and smart. You wont make it.

Find something you have an advatage at an build on it. This will put you on top of the rest.

I don't see where you get that I settle for less - I simply don't believe in belittling others for having different goals than myself. My point had nothing to do with making the less motivated a way out. I simply was saying that nobody has the right to judge my goals or anyone else's goals. I don't have the right to say you should live your life that way I do, and vice versa. My goals are personal, as are your, and everyone elses.

You judge other people's life goals because they are not in line with what you want for yourself. Personally, I find this disrespectful.

Tell that to our Police & Fire depts. You make Sarah Jane look like Mother Theresa. Sheesh. You epitomize everything I hate about New Yorkers.
Screw you and the phone line you came in on. (but you're still hot)

Most models end up wanting more in the end.

If Daisy_Girl ever wants more in the end I, for one, will be damn happy to give it to her.

PhysicalGirl...you have a very screwed view of humanity. Might I suggest that you venture out of New York to take part in the real world. There are many people that much prefer to offer their time to things much bigger than themselves. There are also people that realize that beauty IS ultimately only skin deep. Please don't presume to know the modivation of humanity. Presumptions are the assumptions of assholes. You have alot to learn about people and the good selfless things most are capable of doing. All of which far outway mundane intrests such as physical betterment.

Of course I want to be the best I can be. But I recognize that my body is only a very small part of me as a person. So does it than follow that if you become absorbed in that very small part of you...you become a very small person?

yeah, great body, but i think tuc biscuit is right. i just sat here and read every post on this thread (finally got past drooling over page 1) and i sense a TROLL.

if, however, the above statement happens to be wrong (which i doubt), then you, physical girl, have got some deep rooted issues to work out.

get help. no, really, get help.

dialtone.....lmfao

Physical your abs and legs are perfect. The pic does not really show your arms that well so no comment there. Keep up your very hard work extremly impressive.
