Make sure you bring your own shirt and suite. I got the boards, bands, chains, and EFS custom power rack with a box that'll support two tons.

I've used all but suits and shirts. I've used wraps, belts (seriously), boxes, boards (use to be able to do a 205x3 6 board press :)lol), never used chains though....
ps. sexy rack :)

I'll have you locking out 300x3 on the 6-board during your first workout, or I'll tear your triceps trying.

The function of chains and bands is to add progressive resistance throughout a lift. I don't have the graph on hand, but, for example, double cinching a pair of greens on your squat will add around ~100lbs at lockout.

In PLing, a suit or shirt will help you out of the hole... making lockout numbers extremely important. BBers do ancillary exercises that lower the amount of weight relative to their primary exercises... PLers do the opposite. That's why we're totally superior. :D
