well, i must admit the first message could have been impressive...

If you measure your "thingie" in centimeters, you're in some serious trouble.
I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.
Three points, real quick...
1)...I've always had abs. (Check my website). The surgey was an assignment that I decided to undertake.
2)...Abs are a matter of "positioning" to a great degree, not just fat levels. And if you're so fat that it's covering your abs, you should do whatever you can through diet and exercise first.
3)...I don't think it was worth it, (it really didnt do much) but I'd recommend it for the obliques. I'm not suggesting or advocating it for the obliques, I'm just saying it works pretty well, and doesn't hurt much. (Hurts like a motherfucker on the rectus abs though). The obliques are also "the last holdout for fat, especially after 35 or so.
At any rate, the difference is subtle. It WILL NOT give just anyone a six pack. And if you're very overweight it will leave you with loose skin.
I do think it' s funny though how some guys will chastise surgery as "cheating" (even though it requires pain and recouperation) yet they're perfectly alright with using abusive amounts of drugs to acheive the same effect. It's another tool, that's all.
Now, implants, THAT is kinda weird to me but...whatever makes you happy.

I wouldn't say their is nothing wrong with cosmetic surgery at all, and I certainly wouldn't use socially acceptability as any measure!
However, I'm not entirely against liposuction - especially for a well conditioned person utilizing it to get rid of some stuborn tissue.

True enough, but he'd not yet made any real insult. In such a case I'd prefer to handle is as Nelson did...just give the facts, why feed the fuss if you don't want the fuss?.

This is RMS,for some reason i cant see this baord as RMS.I NEVER SAID THERE WAS ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT! I own a Gold's Gym in my town and a member of my gym was asking me about that type of surgery.I told them id look into it for them.Nelson is the only person i could find that had the surgery who seemed to know what he was talking about,so if it was the same Nelson Montana i wanted to chat with him to find the pros and cons of that type of surgery for my gym member.
