Just a few shots at the gym I am a little tired just did the 30 min. ab class and had a hard leg work out yesterday. I could hardly squeeze my legs hard without a cramp. I hope to be ready in 5 weeks for a warm up show in Gadsden,Al. And then my local show Georgia State Championship.

ahhh I'm going to the gadsden show...Usually a good local to attend...My buddy will be in the light heavyweight and he is super ripped...Did you compete there last year ? The guy{Tad} who won the overall was 168lbs and FREAKY SHREDDED...I have never seen a little hut look so damn big....Good luck

I will be in the light heavy also and this is my first year going to Gadsden show but I have heard it is a great show.
