s there any carryover from db bench to other primary compound lifts ?

..as opposed to flat since your hitting your stabilizers much harder ?

ie dead, squat, pendlay row, overhead ? these are the lifts im working with
 
^^^ I think the carry over from overhead press to bench is much more significant than the other way around. As others have pointed out, the heaviest dbs at most gyms are probably 140-150 so for bench strength gains you may be better off sticking with the barbell bench or interchanging them every few weeks or so depending on what your gains look like.
