Running a cycle over 10 substances

Im not really counting calories, I'm eating as follows:

breakfast: Fibers/carbohydrates/protein

snack: proteins/carbs 50/50

dinner: protein/vegetables

snack before gym: proteins/carbs 50/50

recovery drink after gym p50/c50

lunch: proteins/fat

snack: protein drink

4-5 liters of water / day

My opinion is if your goal is to drop 5% BF then grab the low hanging fruit and count calories. How can you know your getting 50/50 c/p?

As important as calories while counting calories track your primary vitamins and minerals as well. Make sure your getting amble zinc, magnesium, potassium, vit D etc.

If you think you have been eating clean and not losing BF you could be suffering from mild adrenal fatigue.

It seems to me your focus has been on what gear to take to drop BF and your complicating your cycle instead of looking at the basics.
 
this is a mess and disorganized.

not sure what will happen here but going from 15% to 10% is not gonna be contingent on running a bunch of random things thrown together like this. you aren't a witch who throws a bunch of things into her black pot and stirs it and wishes to put a spell on someone, in real life you cannot just run a bunch of steroids and pray to the steroid gods to make you lose 5% body fat. it doesn't work like that. if it did you wouldn't have mediocre stats after 10 years of juicing

i say don't even run anything. just focus on the next few months on cardio, lifting and diet. and you will get to 10% that way. and then you can run a cycle after that to sharpen things up
 
Oddly enough his total amount is less than what a lot of guys use and recommend on this board. So if he wants to mix and match, so what? They all work. It's a mess , sure. He won't learn which worked best. But it'll work.

My biggest problem with it is the Clen. That one substance can fuck everything up. Then again, a lot of guys use clen.
