Routine idea?

Just wondering if this could work?

Week 1:
Push
Pull
Off
Legs
Push complex
Off
Off

Week 2:
Pull
Legs
Off
Push
Pull complex
Off
Off

Week 3:
Legs
Push
Off
Pull
Leg complex
Off
Off

Repeat week 1.....

Basically push complex would be push press, clap pushups, dips, alternating db snatches. Pull complex would be deadlift, bb rows, bb shrugs, power cleans and bb curls. Leg complex would be SLDL, bb lunges, front squats, back squats and split squats
 
You haven't listed a progression scheme or plan...I think a routine's efficiency largely depends on your ability to progress towards your goals.
