Rough skin from squatting?

Hey everyone!

Since I've started squatting 3x/week, the skin on my back/traps has gotten dry and rough from bar placement. Just wondering if this is a common occurence to everyone else. Using some lotion/cocoa butter to help with it after I shower currently.
 
I always squat with a tank top on and then a fairly tough t-shirt on top of that. When I'm in a heavy squatting phase or one with lots of band tension...I keep bruises and callouses on my back where the bar sits.

I used to get like broken blood vessels or some stuff, but it would go away in like 1-2 days, but as soon as I would squat again, they would come back.
I have no clue as to what that it though.
 
i use the pussy pad even though everyone here swears against them...

when i dont use them i come home looking like i got cut with a sword across my traps -even with the puss pad i get it to an extent
 
I used the "manta ray" which is a piece of plastic that wraps around the neck/traps.
Then I used the pussy pad, but it didn't feel comfortable.
Now, I don't use anything and I can honestly say that after I got used to it, I have 2Xs the balance and strength.
 
i have what appears to be a permanent line across my rear delts from where the bar sits..

I think it looks kinda cool..especailly when i ahve my bench shirt on everyone ask whats that mark
