It's more than dopamine release. I've done coke and coke made me horny, but nothing like meth. Meth made me insatiable. Within ten minutes of cumming I would shower and start yanking it again. I can see how easy it is to get hooked on meth. The crash is so terrible and long lasting. If one is to rationalize taking more just to be functional that is probably the first step on a slippery slope.

So is plain old non-substance enhanced sex for you now not as good as it was before you ever did any meth? Meth hasn't altered me sexually really. Sex without meth now is pretty much like sex without meth before. I don't have a lot of sex though. I went over two years without having sex up until recently when I got a girlfriend.

I admit that I did shoot it once. It came on hard like a freight train. My head started pounding and I immediately had to run to the bathroom and went through a puking fit. For several minutes I hung onto the toilet in agony wondering how the fuck anybody could shoot this stuff. Then the initial shock wore off and suddenly the rush came.
