rotator cuff, labrum, biceps tendon ? get karma

donsj

New member
does anybody have any info regarding shoulder rehab ? specifically a partial rotator cuff tear, labrum tear, and biceps tendon tear (partial) karma for responses

I would recommend a chiropractor with a Cold Laser.

It will speed up the healing process by exciting the cells for the tendons to restrengthen so it will heal faster.

Best bet is to see a physical therapist if you've already seen an orthopedist. If you haven't, I strongly suggest that you do. They'll most likely do an MRI or MRA (it's an mri with a contrast dye injected into your shoulder joint) to diagnose your condition. If you don't need surgery, they'll be able to hook you up with PT. Good luck.
