Galaxy - I train like a powerlifter. Noone in my gym can lift remotely as heavy as I can. I lift heavier than bodybuilders double my size. I have good genetics, been doing in for a long time and I eat like a beast.

However, when I am on anadrol 50 for example, my weights go up exponentially, and regardless of the diet and PCT, there is no way I can lift that heavy after a few weeks from the cycle.
 
When you train like a powerlifter that wont be a problem. If you train like the magazines say too they you will. Those guys are more or less drug lifters aside from a few. And actually, I think more and more are doing heavy weight now.

Obviously your gonna lose some strength tho if your not pumped up on 200mgs anadrol. First, your gonna piss out about a gallon of water.

But for the most part when shirt is off and your pumped up youll look good. Just not as jacked as if you were wearing a sweatshirt of something.. But thats just bloat.

But yeah, EAT, TRAIN HEAVY, REST. Its kind of a fine line too as you dont want to go too intensely. Then were talking about cortisol again.

I think the Dermacrine sponsor has a good cortisol product? Is it the endo amp?

Also, drink you milk, eat your eggs, have your natural peanut butter and eat your beef. Best bodybuilding food going.

And eat cottage cheese before bed.

Up the vitamin C to 3g's also to prevent catabolism. Before and after working out.


When I get off anadrol, my power decreases a lot...
 
Doing eod injections at the moment.

On sust 500mgs e5days and masteron eod - have done two injections so far in my quads with prop and actually felt nothing what so ever...
 
so ,at the minute im off,and doing 3 days a week,,5x5,,when im on, should i up it to 5days ,one bodypart a day for more volume?then back to 3 days compounds when off?

Personally, I do susta500 at least 2 days a week, sometimes eod because it has test prop in it.

A long time back I was doing sust eod and e3rd day. I have also done it once a week and twice a week and honestly, cannot really tell the difference. I don't think the 30mgs of prop in sust will really create too much of a difference when on the masteron as well. Once every 5 days is plenty for me.

Sometimes I think - no disrespect meant to anyone - that people take the chemistry of bodybuilding drugs a little too far.

I know some seriously big lean guys who do things like prop every third day, winstrol once daily and sustanon once weekly - they don't know about boards like this.

But I do hear you on the prop and the science behind eod injections with sust.

I think it is one of those things were if you don't do it the "best" way, you will still improve but not get everything you can out of it.
