I said that the degree of how much "gains" you keep after cycle depends on several factors including PCT, diet AND length of cycle.

I think you answered your own question bro.lol...I was just gonna say it could be a bunch of variables. Did you do a proper PCT, did you continue to TRAIN HEAVY? Ever come off and decide to do the 20 reps kind of thing? I learned the hard way. Send you into a state of catabolism faster than needto banning someone asking him for a source. Kicks the cortisol production into overtime.

Another thing is if you come of 1000mgs of test all of a sudden you will crash big time also.

I know its lost favor on the boards but that shit needs to be tapered down to 200mgs at least. 100mgs would even be better.

But as long as you take hcg and clomid your gains should remain as long as your not already at your GENETIC POTENTIAL.

let's not forget a VERY important factor to making and keeping gains...EATING!!!

Now, back to this peanut butter and jelly. Is that All Natural Peanut Butter? Can I substitue Almond Butter? Does it matter what flavor of jelly? Actually, I really prefer mom's homemade Blackberry Preserves. You think that's too much sugar combined with the fats in the Almond Butter? Should I go look for Sugar Free Jelly/Preserves??? How much can I gain off this PBnJ cycle??

When you train like a powerlifter that wont be a problem. If you train like the magazines say too they you will. Those guys are more or less drug lifters aside from a few. And actually, I think more and more are doing heavy weight now.

Obviously your gonna lose some strength tho if your not pumped up on 200mgs anadrol. First, your gonna piss out about a gallon of water.

But for the most part when shirt is off and your pumped up youll look good. Just not as jacked as if you were wearing a sweatshirt of something.. But thats just bloat.

But yeah, EAT, TRAIN HEAVY, REST. Its kind of a fine line too as you dont want to go too intensely. Then were talking about cortisol again.

I think the Dermacrine sponsor has a good cortisol product? Is it the endo amp?

Also, drink you milk, eat your eggs, have your natural peanut butter and eat your beef. Best bodybuilding food going.

And eat cottage cheese before bed.

Up the vitamin C to 3g's also to prevent catabolism. Before and after working out.

Are you telling me that you get the same gains from 6 weeks of test as the gains you get from 10 weeks of test?

what does "muscle is muscle" have to do with anything? lol

Noin fact I think you can get more. I have been using test suspension for a few weeks and I know for a fact you can get more muscle from it is 6 weeks then you can from test-e. You are talking about esters not just test.

also short esters give me a crazy boost before work outs that I am sorry long esters will not give you.

Everyone knows that you don't keep ALL your gains after a cycle. I don't need a degree in sports medicine or chemistry to figure that out.

I think length of cycle does have some barring on (how easy it is to keep the gains) But not the gains them self. also if you know how to work it it may be harder to keep the gains but it still can be don.

Ya I have been pushing this hard for a wile now. You can't keep up the same intensity when you come off. I do not give a fuck what sups you are taking. I am a big believer in the fact then when you are in pct your goal should change to maintaining mass not building more.

You should go back to the basic core lifts to save mass. Do not over train.
 
I think were just splitting hairs at this point. Bascially forget the steroid you took. It doesnt matter. If you do everything your supposed to do correctly post cycle, you will keep whatever muscle you gained, unless you are past your genetic potential and are holding more muscle then your body is genetically capable of without the use of steroids. Thus when you stop and do pCT or whatever, no mattter what your body will only hold what it is capable of holding.

Exactly! Couldnt have said it better myself. But for whatever reason people like to switch to machines and all kinds of stupid crap.

I have heard from people who try to train harder to keep gains. Its just dumb. You are not on aas anymore. You will recover slower,retain less of what you eat and more. Its back to basics when you come off. Eat train and rest the right way.
