Nobody's buying what Ross is selling? C'mon look at the dudes pics. He's fucking huge. I think he gives solid advice and he's got the physique to show for it. Ever seen what the high carb/low fat people look like? 90% of the world follows that crap advice but then when a guy comes on here with some ideas that are outside the mainstream there are a ton of people ready to jump on him.

Well said... I remember when I first started here... PCT, for example, was very much set in stone... HCG was run a certain way... clomid was king first, then nolva, then clomid again...now new-aged OTC products....the old PCT regimen was total crap for me... and I'm glad that new ideas and theories surfaced since then.

Point is, things change... you have to be at least open to change and accept that new ideas MIGHT have merit... when all is said and done, you'll only know once you TRY it... medical / scientific studies are nice, but they won't tell me how something will work for ME.... I know I've wasted alot of money over the years following this doctrine, but it's gotten me closer and closer to a system that works for me.
