I do NOT use Trenbolone, Deca, or Anadrol.

As I have stated dozens of times before, for my first year of AAS usage I NEVER USED TEST.

The 10 commandments were a result of TRIAL AND ERROR. I have created them and posted them here for YOU, so you do not have to make those same mistakes that I and many others have made.

SLOW AND STEADY. SAFE AND EFFECTIVE.

Focus on training and diet, then consider your AAS.
