Pretty excited how things are going atm. Weight has finally broken the 239 level all while strength is going sideways during my health phase. Things really going to start rocking in two weeks when PED use goes up triple. Cant wait for this upcoming strength peaking cycle. Should be one for the books. Going to put everything I have into it. I want to make a statement at the powerlifting comp and to be known by everyone as a threat. I am not only looking to break records next year I am looking to shatter them. As long as I keep small linear gains without gaining too much weight too fast I believe its all possible. I think when people go up to fast thats when problems arise health wise. Ok everyone have a great weekend. BTW my wife absolutely smoked it today in the gym. 165 lbs close grip bench for 3 sets of 8. She actually got 9 on the 3rd set. She is also back down to around 138 lbs so its looking likely she will make the 132 weight class in July. Cant wait to see her bench 225 at 132 lbs. Ok everyone lets get Strong AF!!!
