Hey Elite Fitness family, i’m super grateful to announce that I’ve partnered up with Sassy Pharmaceutical on my journey to my first bodybuilding show! Throughout this journey, i’ll be utilising their products to build up as much lean mass as possible, to provide my best build for the stage, and cannot thank them enough for supporting me in this!





Goals:


The focus right now is to bulk up, maintaining a fairly low body fat and gaining relatively lean muscle mass. This will ultimately serve to provide me with the best physique that I can bring to the stage, and to be proud of if.





Personal Info:


Age: 20


Height: 186 cm (6’1)


Current Weight: 90.4 kg (morning)


Goal: Gain as much lean muscle mass as possible, whilst keeping body fat in check.





Coach:


Coached by the amazing Gainsman





Current Cycle (5 Weeks Remaining):


Weeks 1–6: 350 mg Test, 200 mg Mast


Weeks 6+: Pushed up to 500 mg Test , 400 mg Mast

Might be adding in 50mg Anadrol on training days for the final 4 weeks to help lock in some mass at the end of the cycle.

Daily Greens
Creatine
Liver Support
Fish Oil
Multi Vitamins
Ashwaghanda
Aromasin EOD (high responder to E2 Stimulus)







Training Program:

Push/Pull/Legs split with Cardio+Abs at the end of each section. Focus is to train each muscle group twice per 8 day block.





Nutrition:


Calories: ~4,100


Protein: 250 g


Carbs: 550 g


Fat: 100 g





Cardio:


Cardio consists of light walking or cycling at the end of each training block. This is done in conjunction with abs.
