Back and Biceps (Pull Day)

First workout in a few days, have finally recovered from my sickness so ready to push back into it and give it my all. With the lack of Anadrol now, you can clearly see lifts have lost a bit of strength, and my size is less bulky overall, but still gave it a good session.

Workout tonight was as follows:

Pull Ups
Set 1: 12

Reverse Lat Pull Downs
Set 1: 45kg x 12
Set 2: 65kg x 12
Set 3: 85kg x 8

T-Bar Rows
Set 1: 20kg x 12
Set 2: 40kg x 10
Set 3: 50kg x 8

Face Pulls
Set 1: 15kg x 12
Set 2: 22.5kg x 10

Rear Delt Flys
Set 1: 32kg x 12
Set 2: 64kg x 9

EZ Bar Curls
Set 1: 25kg x 15
Set 2: 40kg x 10

Preacher Curl Machine
Set 1: 20kg x 12
Set 2: 30kg x 9

Hammer Curls
Set 1: 17.5kg x 12

Overall, glad to be healthy again and ready to push back into it!

Physique and Meal Check-In

Fasted Weight - 90.0kg

Site went down for a little while so wasn’t able to post my check-in. Not sure if it was client or server side, but I’ve made it on finally. 😅

This week, we have hopped off Anadrol, which is noticeable in my decrease in mass. This is likely due to water retention leaving my muscles, and giving a leaner look as a result. This past week, getting to the gym has been very difficult, due to very busy work hours, and coming off of a sickness made meal prep very hard, so a lot of my meals have been very disorganised. I am still attempting to maintain the same macros as before, but some meals have been less than preferable. For the sake of honesty, my meal example today is something I would not usually get, but due to my recently very busy schedule, it was either skip a meal, or have something that probably isn’t the best for my goals.

This meal example comes from McDonald’s, where I tried to find the best menu item to support my macros, without being filled with unhealthy fats and high amounts of sodium. I found the grilled chicken wraps to have the best macros for this. Whilst this isn’t my go-to choice for obvious reasons, I was left with either skipping a meal entirely, or going with unhealthy food choices, and this was my best bet. Orange juice on the side for extra carbs.

Total macros :
848 calories
45g Protein
104g Carbs
27g Fat

Overall, not a bad week, just could be more effective on my diet, and feeling a bit down after hopping off anadrol.
