hey whats guyd, well i normally dont post in this forum, but i hate drinking a proiten shake and do it to save money and it is fast way to get to get whey proiten into my system. anyways i do it this way, i use one serving (20grams of protien) and 4 oz of milk and mix it, then just drink it super fast. is there any thinh wrong with drinking it super fast then chase it water???
