Great job Needsize! which guy took you in the overall???? you look better than both those guys imo! I wouldn;t be saying it if I didn;t mean it. Legs looks awesome and striated.

Serious question. My friend in Jersey won 1st place in 2 competitions within the last year there. He puts so much into diet, training and chemical balance, like you would expect. The thing with him is after he wins a show, he doesn't stay on the diet program he was on and he gains like 30~35 pounds back real quick. How do you handle your diet after the show and after you put so much hard work in? Do you gain a lot of weight back?

I gained 45lbs the week after my first show...just went crazy. Since then I give myself the cheats that I have been dying for, then try to go back to something similar to the diet I was on before. This time I've gained 13lbs in 1 1/2 weeks

It was the taller guy that beat me for the overall...by one freaken judge...lol
He was about 6' tall and 204lbs, I was 5'8" and around 197lbs so definitely had size on him...main thing is I didnt get all the water out of my back, the guy who was helping me get ready wanted me to use less diuretics so that I came in fuller....pretty sure I can use my usual diuretic approach and still come in full so will do the provincials in June and come in big and full, with my usual striations
