Researching my first cycle(advice neede)

well the reason i said deca 300 was because a friend is using that but he didnt do any research and just startin cycling without knowin what was up with it.


Well the first three to four months i was back in the gym i went from around 190 to 199 and now ive hit a plateu and i cant seem to get any more gains. Its really frustrating, ive tried differnt workouts to shock my system, more weight less reps, less weight more reps etc. but nothing is doing the job. I just feel like I need some help getting over this hump.

well thats pretty damn dumb. do u know what deca is? or test? or pct?
 
Sweed is right about the diet. I eat 6 times a day when cutting! You are eating 5 right now.
I agree with test enanthate for a first cycle at 250mgs. Get your pct in place too. There is a whole forum here on it.
Don't use deca yet.... deca dick... not cool! LOL

Im pretty sure i know what deca is (nandrolene deconate) and yes i know what test is. I guess ill just try to eat a lot more chicken, eggs and tuna and get back with you guys. Thanks

lol, i eat 7-8 meals when im cutting
 
were you up to 220 naturally? Cause if you were then I would stay natural for a while before jumping on a cycle.

9 months of being back in the game really isnt that long in the grand scheme of things. Injuries suck and stuff but already you're looking for AAS as the easy way.

Sweed's right about your diet, you need a lot more calories. It also looks like there's a lot of research to be done about AAS. AAS really are the icing on the cake when everything else is in line.

Geesh why couldn't you work out? Suck it up you puss! You gotta work through the pain to get results! LOL JK bro, glad to see you can even get back into the gym after that little wreck.
 
hey guys thanks a lot im gonna stay off the gear for the time being up my food intake and keep bustin ass at the gym. If I still dont get the results i want then..........Ill Be Back. LOL
