Researching my first cycle(advice neede)

Just do a clean bulk. That will fix your problem. My last bulk was 5k calories a day and I did two a day workouts. Cardio in the mornings to keep my fat gain slower. I gained about 28 pounds total, when I cut down to back around 11%BF I had kept 13 lbs. 11-13lbs of muscle in 4 months. Not too bad if I say so myself. Just eat more, it really does work.

First, You might be bustin your ass but what have you been giving your body to repair itself for the damage you have caused it? What I mean is what kind of supplements have you been taking if any? What kind of diet and what are your goals? We need to know your stats and all this other stuff in order to help. It may be that you just haven't been running your nutrition and diet right. I would make sure that you make as much progress as possible without AAS before you start. It will pay off in the end. Let us know your stats and goals so we can help.
