Researching my first cycle(advice neede)

Alright ive been back in the gym for 9 months after a 1.5 year layoff due to a car accident, ive been bustin my balls 4 days a week but im not gettin the results i need. So my question to you guys is what gear would you suggest for some like myself.

Age: 22
Height: 6 feet
Weight: 199

how long did u workout before the accident... i am 22... i am on my first cycle, but i have been lifting for over 8.5 years.

Post up what your tipical daily diet is. Might find something there you can tweak
 
Well i worked out all through highschool and had gotten to about 220lbs of lean muscle, but then i broke my arm,collarbone, pelvis, a few ribs, my jaw and busted my spleen, so i couldnt work out for quite a while, now that ive been back in the gym i just cant seem to get any gains 9 months killin myself in the gym and im getting frustrated. What about Deca 300? Would that be good for first cycle?

ouch bro... well if u were 220 before, u can get there again imo. and why deca 300? where did u get that from, just curious?
 
My diet.
1st meal: Oatmeal, 1 can tuna fish on wheat toast, 2 boiled eggs

2nd meal:Chicken breast with steamed veggies/ or chicken/tuna salad, both with 2 boiled eggs

3rd meal: Lean Steak with baked potatoe with no toppings or baked chicken breast with baked or steamed veggies.

Workout

4th meal. Protein shake, Nuts(sunflower seeds etc.)

5th meal. Baked Red snapper(or other fish), sometimes pasta

by the way i do not eat candy,chips,donuts or drink any sugary drinks like sodas or hawaiin punch, though occasionaly i will drink a double expresso.
 
bingo.. theres the problem... your not eating enough! at most your only gettin around 200 grams of protein.. and there isnt much carbs in there. also not much fat in there. fix that up a little, eat a lot more, and clean, see how u do for a few weeks and get back to us
