reps and sets??????

want to compare numbers is reps and sets for getting big as opposed to getting that ripped look. So what are your numbers of reps and sets for each nody part for getting big as opposed to getting ripped?
 
more reps and sets will get you the ripped and cut look, less sets and reps with more weight will get you bigger.

That myth is still circulating around? Jesus...

High reps for cuts = BS. Your diet gets you cut, and cardio can help.

I focus in the 5-7 range, and incorporate some 10-12 rep sets to stimulate the two different ways a muscle can grow.
