OMFG i have never seen anything so rediculous in my life. I have never even heard of this shit. wtf is it? and what is it doing to your muscles to make them look so terrible and puffy?

I seriously feel sorry for all those dudes. It looks absolutely horrible and the one guy's arm looks purple and unhealthy. The muscles don't even look real and it looks more like a deformation than anything.
