Redline or AMp02?

I tried Amp02 for the first time today...I took 6...not impressed...and the shipping was 3 weeks...I should just pop some arginine, creatine, and a black cup of coffee...cheaper.

you took half as dose bro, what do you expect? did you take carbs with it?

Yes, I did take it with carbs...I did a half dose b/c it was my first time. Next time I'll try 10...but then again why would they dose it so that you're swallowing 10 PILLS for one serving! So, you get 20 servings for $50 bucks? This product is an average preworkout supp...nothing more...that's my opinion.

Amp02 puts me in a better mental mood for longer, and puts me in this focus state that no other supplement can. Along with many other +'s

How can you rate it only average and you have not had a workout with it in full effect? I do understand your reasoning as far as price goes and servings. if 8 work for you then you get almost 30 servings from it.


If you work out 5 days a week and take 10 each workout that is a month supply. How much is NO Xplode? what $30 whole sale? Does not last near as long the pumps are no where the same. May taste like shit to most.



Nitirx by BSN is 180 pills and you are to take 3 three times a day.

I am looking at the other ones on some of the more popular supp sites and the price is somewhat comparable. You get a months supply with most, but until you have worked out with the right dose for you they you really have not worked out yet. just my opinion.

But if the 10 doesnt work for you then hey you can take one product off your list. no harm no foul.

no that was one of the best things about amp02 no crash what so ever unlike other prewo products
