Mood = Great
Soreness = None really.. just keep cracking
Weight = 157.2 and holding 3 days now
Food = the traditional meal plan I have set out.
I received 2 books I ordered in the mail. One is about advanced Cyclical dieting for achieveing super leaness and weight plans that go with them, the other is about the Ketogenic diet. I almost read one of them through last night. I am not so sure right now with the way it is set up. It has full body work-out's... and I am not totally balanced in the body to be hitting everything equally. Sooooooo what I am thinking is modifying the plan to suit me and the girls' better. Combining it with what I am doing and see how it pans out. The problem is... the diet also has cheat meals but maintenance cal cheat meals.... and it is not quite in with my original 3 month clean bulk that I am following. I can adapt and overcome.
What seems to be ideal is run the plan for 6 weeks, stretch my next phase 6 weeks insetad of 4, and finish up the day before Christmas. Then take a week off from the specific diet and look over what was accomplished BF, measures, pictures, etc... and run a new plan or the old plan adjusted if need be, starting Jan 1st.
So that's what's in the way of food and idea's I have.
At the same time... I'm revisiting some ways of supplementing that was suggested to me from different sources.
Weights tonight Back, Abs. I am seeing better ab control now since I have been following this ab program then I had for my competition. It goes along well with the posing.
So that's all...
