On the DHEA...taking a larger dose in the am MIGHT be easier on your natural hormonal production.

DHEA is one of those weird compounds that can clear the body anywhere from 6-24 hours(S-DHEA clears in minutes) - knowing this and assuming you are in the middle..I would bump it to a lower dose 2x per day

November 1st 2006

Mood = Great
Soreness = None really.. just keep cracking
Weight = 157.2 and holding 3 days now

Food = the traditional meal plan I have set out.

I received 2 books I ordered in the mail. One is about advanced Cyclical dieting for achieveing super leaness and weight plans that go with them, the other is about the Ketogenic diet. I almost read one of them through last night. I am not so sure right now with the way it is set up. It has full body work-out's... and I am not totally balanced in the body to be hitting everything equally. Sooooooo what I am thinking is modifying the plan to suit me and the girls' better. Combining it with what I am doing and see how it pans out. The problem is... the diet also has cheat meals but maintenance cal cheat meals.... and it is not quite in with my original 3 month clean bulk that I am following. I can adapt and overcome.
What seems to be ideal is run the plan for 6 weeks, stretch my next phase 6 weeks insetad of 4, and finish up the day before Christmas. Then take a week off from the specific diet and look over what was accomplished BF, measures, pictures, etc... and run a new plan or the old plan adjusted if need be, starting Jan 1st.
So that's what's in the way of food and idea's I have.

At the same time... I'm revisiting some ways of supplementing that was suggested to me from different sources.

Weights tonight Back, Abs. I am seeing better ab control now since I have been following this ab program then I had for my competition. It goes along well with the posing.

So that's all...

Hey no prob... I have 2 scoops left in the container.

-TRAC is better then the ANAVAR (N02) powder form I took. It gave me the pump affects more profoundly and also had a better taste!!

-It works just as well as the traditional N02 pill supp that costs twice the price.

-With that said... There were a couple days I did miss the supplement and still hit PR's at the gym and that was on decreased sleep. I did not have the pump feeling but I did have the aggression to move more weight (Note*The infamous goal every training session).

-I found that it works best to take it at least an hour before the work-out, but if taken out earlier does not provide the same 'feeling', any closer to training I don't think it has absorbed because I could literally feel it kick in mid-work-out.

-Taking this after 5:00 p.m. would keep me up till roughly 1 a.m. So I tried to make sure I had it in me by 4:30 at the latest and falling asleep was not disturbed.

-It has on the label to take it every day despite working out or not. Frankly I only took it on weight lifting days.

-Overall I really liked the product, and would use it again.

I'm getting ready to run a new product starting sunday... so I'll see how that works.

Back yesterday was o.k. work-out weights increased and it was good.

Today is my day off :) Well sorta... from the gym anyway. I get to work in the clinic tonight. Anyway Busy day 4 me :)

Soreness= Little low back, that's it
Weight= 157.2 (5 days holding)

Food = Same
SBT broke it down for me last night and my macro's are at the following:

On weight days
2134 cals
243g protein
139g carb
77g fat
46P/21C/33F %

On non weight days:
1935 cals (or sometimes I subtitue cals in to make 2100 with the same macs below)
242g protein
85g carb
77g fat
51P/13C/36F %

Weights tonight Quads and calves :evil:

Notes:
-Woke up hungry this morning, felt sick like...

-Some odd reason I have been getting that time of month cramps the past 2 days, :evil: I'm a week out so I dunno.

-Been sleeping great getting about 8 hours

-November is massage month for me! Getting at least 1-3 weekly :) Yeah

-Still working on a carb rotation diet for 6 weeks starting NOV 12., read, read, readin
