I told her if she wants to run on a treadmill, go on a no food diet, and become skinny fat then go right ahead I'll stand by her side cheering her on. If she wants to get a lean, hard body then she can follow my program and we can get to serious work. In the end it's her body and her choice...

I thought that I was going to get "BIG" last year because of the ignorance of bodybuilding. But now after doing cardio,dieting and reading here for a period of time, I know that I need weights trainning. So, if those girls self-opinioned stick to their own workout and diet, ok, just let them go and support them. I'm sure that they will turn to ur training finally.

Only cardio isn't enough to get a "balanced body".

BTW, I was wondering why some one hire a personal trainer but don't trust them? It is like u seek for some help, and some one who can really help u want to help u, but u don't trust them. (my poor english...hope u understand what I mean...)
The trust between a trainer and a client is very important.

So, you have a busy day job, massage clients, training clients, you're training for your first figure comp and your mother is critically ill. You are most certainly living up to your avi character! I don't know how you do it but I'm sending extra energy vibes just in case.

New pair of pants on today I haven't wore in awhile. It's so nice I can wear different clothes in the closet now!!!

I have 2 clients this evening.

Today is a new day and I'm starting it out on the right foot.. Yesterday was just an emotional, hormonal, bad luck day that I will be writing off.

I feel less bloated today and a bit more energy. I did take 1CB this morning. I got about 7 hours of sleep and actually I feel pretty good. Still haven't found my work I lost yesterday... Oh well. So I will be working wed after I get back from the funeral for free because I feel guilty.
Besides that there is a sun shining somewhere outside behind all those clouds and rain
and I will be cheery today!!!

Well I think people hire a trainer because they are fed up with trying their own ways, or they need the motivator or supporter. If a motivator is what they want then that's what I need to know. If a diet and training program which I really offer is what they want then I will do that. I just need to know which it is before I spend countless hours on a program that they don't want to do. A lot of it has to do with misconceptions, and stuff people have read and heard all their life. I don't plan on changing someone's opinion about diet and exercise overnight... Nor do I expect someone to trust me from day one. Afterall it is their body and we have no rapport to go off of and will need to establish that... With that comes trust... etc.
So I don't totally criticize feelings they have... I just personally have a hard time trying to see their view poin and I was there at one time. So I need to figure out an approach to this where I don't get all crusty over them not just following what I lay out....

I'm assuming good because I have had no phonecalls.... I will talk with my dad tonight.
My day is made!!! My document was recovered!! Someone really did take it. :rolleyes: I talked with our computer support and they had backed up the sytem this past weekend and Walah..... they placed it back in my folder and I made 3 copies!!! It is a good day for sure! :heart:

That is great news, very happy for you, yesterday was a monday for sure!
