Thanks everyone about the AVI...
Just decided that my show picture is not a good representation of what I 'really' look like. It was a great day but time to move forward and back into reality... Just another step on my way into my muscle building phase. Wait till next year's body shots.... I'm going to have lots more musklesssss
Plus went redder on the hair for fall...

Yeah well when I was adding muscle last year not so much... it was when I dieted down.... So maybe they'll stay away now

It's official my glutes, hams, chest, lower back, and tri's are toasted and my hunger went through the roof..
