Mood = Feeling Blah, tired
Body Soreness = Quads feel better today, tri’s are sore so are abs and obliques
Cardio = HIIT, no CB this morning… trying to take it out like I did last year in off season. I was never a real addict, but I think that’s why I feel so tired and my cardio this a.m. was very difficult energy wise.

2 glucorell, 2 sesapure

1 chicken pack, Mrs. Dash, 1/4C oatmeal, 2 splenda, coffee, 1 splenda,
(supplements = multi-vit, ginseng, triflex, saw palmetto, DHEA)

(supplements = calcium/magnesium, vit. C & E, green tea)

Weights = Hams and calves, Abs

Notes = Donating blood today so we’ll see how that affects me… I’m feeling pretty lazy today. Really not looking forward to this weekend I have way to much stuff to do and overbooked commitments…. Ugh….
Jeans tight around my thighs. I did take meausrements a few weeks ago so I'll remeasure before I leave next week. Some could be intercellular water, surface water, fat, and muscle gain.....
Scrap the diet today are already JAcked it up....
