I'm sick of oatmeal exploding in the microwave.. ERRRRR
I just got a bright idea

Since most people don't know the actual names of muscles, I will start adding muscles into my log with a brief description like the action, insertion, origin, synergists, antagonists, injuries, stretches, and strengtheing exercises, etc... Maybe even a picture

This will also help me keep up to par on them!
So I may take a group and do a group a week... Because if I only took 1 muscle a week yeah we would be here for a long time. So.... Starting this week I will post them in my daily log and then have it there for the duration of the week.
