O.k. I have to write this in here for a note:
Eating carbs after not 'really' eating carbs in about 3 or 4 months is the wierdest thing!!! I have only eaten oatmeal, powerade, WW pasta as far as carbs go in that time-frame. Now I have bread, PB, and granola... it's a whole new experience. Just like oh yeah I remember that now. I mean It's almost a feeling of I shouldn't be eating this.

If you mean Isopure ready-to-drink shakes, yeah, they're good. I like the apple melon flavor a LOT!

Yeah, I guess. This blueberry thing tasted good. But I felt a little weird in the stomach after but it was maybe bc of the 2 coffee earlier in the morning.
