GOOD JOB T.

Hammer the legs hard and work on hanging from the chin bar....every workout if you can...really help the lats.

Remember the feet things for quads as well

I have no problem 'hanging' around on a bar at the gym! :)
I'll do that! Friday is just a killer for me though. I have noticed friday and saturday are my :evil: days..... I just have a REAL hard time hitting my quads really good after going at it all week long. I'm really trying to stay focused and hit them hard though! Hams are still killin me!!!

I'm assuming you mean A) flexible on time, and not B) the actual quad muscle?!?!
A) I have no client's tomorrow, and I cancelled the additional hair appointment 'cuz I don't want highlights (so I have some extra time)
B) I stretch my quads every day

that was totallyunclear on my part...I meant flexibilityin your workout routine

Ahhhhh Well he switches my routine weekly... pertaining to exercises... reps, sets, and TUT.... Give me a second I'll type it up and let you see what this friday looks like!

Reps: 12-15
%1RM: 70-63%
Rest : 75 sec
Tempo : 4 sec. Eccentric, 1 sec. Concentric

Uni Leg extensions = 4 sets
LLP Hack Squat (Full ROM) = 4 sets
Sled Leg Press (Full ROM) = 4 sets
BI leg Extensions = 4 sets
Smith standing calf raise = 3 sets
Seated Calf raise = 3 sets
