Thanks everyone... I'm going through recertifications and I forgot how retarded it is.
Ice = I'm really getting excited and can't WAIT to meet everyone!!!
So I thought I would update on some new food preps I have been performing to help get me through eating so much chicken and turkey...
I bought this Chinease 5 spices (No salt), and this really hot pepper Chinease stuff (anyone interested I'll have to put it in here later it's at home). I LOVE hot stuff and I can only take 1tsp of that! So I boil up my whole wheat pasta, cook my chicken in a convection oven for 50 minutes covered in Mrs. Dash spice. For my meal where I can have olive oil = I heat the oil up, add some garlic, I place the chicken and spaghetti whole wheat pasta in, I add 1tsp of the Chinease 5 spices, some 1 tsp of the low sodium soy sauce (8 or 9 calories), crushed black pepper, and 1tsp of that Hot pepper stuff (0 cals). I cook it all up where the noodles are kinda crisp. Then I put it on one of my chinease plates and I take some chinease hot mustard (0 cals) and use it for dipping if I want a zip added to all of that. For a drink I have been brewing up caffeine free green tea. I then let it cool, put that in my blender add splenda, some vanilla sugar free coffee syrup, stir that together. Then I throw in a bunch of ice and make it a green tea slushy. Great Chinease meal with only 8 or 9 extra calories. I'm sure you could minus the soy sauce if you want but I like the extra moisture in teh dish. I'm sure you could even get that bibb lettuce and wrap that up and dip it in the mustard also.
For drinks I have been into this diet Faygo (Michigan product) in Chocolate Cream pie. I also have been making crystal light slushies, crystal light frozen pops, and plain water.
I also have been chewing on sugar free gum, and those sugar free sour ice breakers ( 2kinds have 0 calories). Both items you have to watch to not consume to many because they do after all contain sugar alcohols = calories that they don't list.
Let alone stomach cramps galore if eaten in high quanities.
