Re: Treils 2006 Competition Log

Have a great Monday, Tre!! I'm very excited about seeing you in full performance form in just 6 weeks....WOOT!

Re: Treils 2006 Competition Log

Thanks everyone... I'm going through recertifications and I forgot how retarded it is.

Ice = I'm really getting excited and can't WAIT to meet everyone!!!

So I thought I would update on some new food preps I have been performing to help get me through eating so much chicken and turkey...

I bought this Chinese 5 spices (No salt), and this really hot pepper Chinese stuff (anyone interested I'll have to put it in here later it's at home). I LOVE hot stuff and I can only take 1tsp of that! So I boil up my whole wheat pasta, cook my chicken in a convection oven for 50 minutes covered in Mrs. Dash spice. For my meal where I can have olive oil = I heat the oil up, add some garlic, I place the chicken and spaghetti whole wheat pasta in, I add 1tsp of the Chinese 5 spices, some 1 tsp of the low sodium soy sauce (8 or 9 calories), crushed black pepper, and 1tsp of that Hot pepper stuff (0 cals). I cook it all up where the noodles are kinda crisp. Then I put it on one of my Chinese plates and I take some chinease hot mustard (0 cals) and use it for dipping if I want a zip added to all of that. For a drink I have been brewing up caffeine free green tea. I then let it cool, put that in my blender add splenda, some vanilla sugar free coffee syrup, stir that together. Then I throw in a bunch of ice and make it a green tea slushy. Great Chinese meal with only 8 or 9 extra calories. I'm sure you could minus the soy sauce if you want but I like the extra moisture in the dish. I'm sure you could even get that bibb lettuce and wrap that up and dip it in the mustard also.
For drinks I have been into this diet Faygo (Michigan product) in Chocolate Cream pie. I also have been making crystal light slushies, crystal light frozen pops, and plain water.
I also have been chewing on sugar free gum, and those sugar free sour ice breakers ( 2kinds have 0 calories). Both items you have to watch to not consume to many because they do after all contain sugar alcohols = calories that they don't list.
Let alone stomach cramps galore if eaten in high quanities.

Mmm. That asian style pasta sounds good. :p Ever try sambal? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sambal Asian type of hot sauce. Really brings out the taste in whatever you're eating. Almost no calorie too.

Crystal light slushies. Have my ruby red and pink lemonade water bottles in the fridge now. :)

That's really spicy stuff! I put 1 tbs on my chicken and I was sweating in 5 minutes. There's some thai flavored spices that I have to try next to "spice" up the bland foods. :)
Strawberry Orange Banana. :p The orange pinapple one stains my lips if I use too much. And of course no one will tell me until the end of the day. :)

Hmmmm note to self "Stay away from staining products = not a good impression for clients"
Thai spices... That could be my next adventure :)
Yeah that stuff is really spicy!!! I normally pour hot sauce on my chicken, that stuff 1 tsp is enough!!!
