Mom's surgery went well they took a liter of fluid and a sac off from behind her heart.

Anyone feel free to take pictures and post them in my log... Unfortunately I can't !

Almost forgot to add trainer said body fat was at 19.9% yesterday... He expects me to drop another 13 pounds, come in around 10-12%
