Trainer did body fat last night... 21.2% he said. Also, said I was holding onto some water because he coudl feel it and that could mess with that number some. Either way going by that % I dropped 2.5% in 2 weeks and about 2.5 pounds.

Posing here and there...
Yesterday I was sooo hungry. I think the heat really got to me. I could hardly move and just wanted to sleep.
Today I feel much better. I also didn't take any CB yesterday and I took 2 today.
Had a really good leg work-out and morning cardio session.
I talked to the trainer today. He thinks he may start backing me off some because he said just looking at me I am coming down to fast. He couldn't do Body fat as I was already on the treadmill....
Another guy came up and asked how many weeks I was out, I said, "7", and he was like "I would have thought maybe 3 or 4." Then again... he's not a competitor either.
It was funny though because I wore some kinda hoochie shorts because I wanted to see my hamstrings working in the mirror... and boy I got a few nasty looks from some older women, but the guys were all coming up and talking to me. Even seen my hawt guy and he couldn't even concentrate on his set because he looked at me and he couldn't look away because I was staring right at him.... My friend Staci who is also competing saw that and when I got around the corner she was laughing. I said... boy it's deadlift day too... and he just happened to be on the ab machine just behind me.. HA ha I'm sure he got all he needed to see.. My shorts were tight though so no cootchie action!!!!
Well I'm going to dig the attention, because I tell you what after watching everyone eat Dairy Queen in my face last night and feeling like crap because I couldn't have any... I kinda needed that I suppose.

Hey congrats girl!!! Sounds like you are making some amazing progress if your trainer even thinks its coming off fast! And way to get the hawties to notice you too :qt: Hope you are enjoying your weekend!! :D

You show those hotties who is really hot and boss! That is awesome (minus the dairy queen) but just think how crappy you would of felt after eating it, So great will power, and great job, can't wait to see more pics! :) :)

Feeling good today.
I think I have adjusted to the food decrease because yesterday was not to bad. I now get to eat turkey also.
So diet and supplements look like this:

1CB
Yohimburn lotion
a.m. cardio
glucorell-r, sesapure
M1 Oatmeal W/splenda, chicken W/ Mrs. Dash and hot sauce, decaf green tea
(multi vit, triflex, ALCAR, DMAE, TREX)

glucorell-r, sesapure
M2 Olive oil, chicken w/ Mrs. Dash, hot sauce, whole wheat pasta, diet pop
(Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Calcium/Magnesium, TREX, ALCAR)

2CB
M3 Powerade, whey protein, Amplify O2, glutamine, amino acid tablet

Weights

M4 Powerade, whey protein, creatine, glutamine

sesapure
M5 Chicken, turkey both mrs. dash, sometimes mustard and hot sauce, sometimes with the reduced sodium salt. Rip it sugar free power or citrus X drink

P.m. cardio

M6 egg whites w/ sugar free coffee syrup, splenda, almonds
Sometimes sugar free Jell-o, or crystal light frozen pops that I make

Bed

Other things: I snack on pickles, English cucumbers, sugar free jell-o, lettuce, crystal light freezes, and water I pretty much drink throughout the day.

I'm suprised that I haven't had more food issues since I started the diet. I have found that I only get them really bad when I'm around other people who eat other things. I don't have a problem with the food being in my vicinity but watching them eat it makes it worse. I had to make Peanut butter sandwiches for my nephew and niece and had peanut butter on my fingers, and I walked right over to the faucet and washed it off. I started laughing and told my sister-n-law I wish my fingers sometimes had taste buds...

HMmmm that made me :lmao: But I did the same thing on sunday when I was decorating the cookie pizza for the family cookout... had whip cream and a few m & m's stuck on my hand and had to rinse it right off :p Before I licked it off lol... way to stick with the will power though! I'm proud of ya and it sounds like your making some great progress too based on trainers comments :D
