Red mosquito bite like spots after hgh injections

I started a 3iu a day HGH cycle last monday. The 3 lasts shots left red spot at the injection site each time. It itches if i touch it but it does not annoy me. If i touch the spot the redness goes away. And its a bit hard where the needle has penetrated the skin. It looks and feel like a mild mosquito bite.

Should i be worried about this? And what's causing it?
