Ready to fight against my horrible genetics after 4 years.

I do HIIT three times a week and longer runs once or twice a week. No dairy at all actually. No sugar except that from vegetables. Low sodium diet except after runs for electrolytes. Fat intake is moderately high at the moment as when I cut usually I do so with a keto diet, it works better for me than just calorie restriction.

i would be doing more cardio than that if you are trying to lose fat in the areas you are... when you are stuck as you say you are, then cardio is going to be one of the answers... incorporating endurance and HIIT training in the same days is highly effective... you should be at this 5 days a week... swimming is also going to help...

i think for what your wanting to accomplish that sarms would be a better option for you as opposed to any steroid cycles...
 
I've had a few friends who have used SARMS with great success but I have heard things about side effects that affect vision. Do you have any personal experience with this?

bro absolutely i have experience... s4 is the only one that can possibly give some vision side effects but lucky for you =) i have a thread post on how to properly dose s4... you could run a sarms triple stack my friend... here's some links to read up on and if you decide you like them (which you most definitely should) then pm me and i'll set you up a cycle...

SARMS are definitely a more viable option for you than AAS, but I still think you will be disappointed no matter what you run. If you can't make the gains naturally, then anabolics will not help you either. They just accelerate what you are already doing....so if you are doing nothing to gain you will still get nothing.
 
This ^^^^^^ would be a good option adding some katandrol would shape you up nicely.
